How we accept insurance

At Center for Rising Minds, our priority is to provide compassionate, high-quality care without getting bogged down in administrative demands. To support this, we partner with Headway to manage insurance billing — but please note that we only accept insurance for psychotherapy services. Occupational therapy and speech-language services are private pay at this time.

Using Headway allows us to streamline billing for therapy sessions, so we can spend more time focusing on what matters most: your care and well-being. We accept multiple insurances including Aetna, Anthem, Carelon, and many more, through Headway. 

How using headway works for you

  • Check Your Coverage
Click the “Check Coverage via Headway” button or "book using insurance" button to verify if your insurance is accepted through Headway.
  • Create an Account & Book
If your insurance is accepted, you’ll create a free Headway account. This lets you securely share your insurance information and book therapy appointments with Dr. De Silva.
  • Appointment & Billing
Headway handles insurance claims and billing behind the scenes, so you don’t have to worry about submitting paperwork.

what to expect

  • Insurance is verified before your first session, so you’ll know your copay or deductible responsibility up front.
  • You’ll book directly through Headway once your coverage is confirmed, and can manage appointments from their portal.
  • We’ll still be your direct care team — your relationship is with us, not the platform.
  • Any billing questions can be directed to Headway’s support team, freeing us to focus fully on your clinical care.

If your insurance is not accepted through Headway or you prefer to use out-of-network benefits, we partner with Mentaya to help you navigate reimbursement and maximize your benefits. Check your out of network benefits using the calculator below!
